CFAES Messaging System Support Center > Messaging System Recommendations

While the CFAES Messaging Services Connector has minimal hardware and software requirements, it is advised that a minimum recommended software and hardware specifications be met to achieve a consistent performance profile as an account stores more information over time.

These are not strict requirements to use the CFAES messaging service. They are only recommendations based on our testing for stability and performance.

These recommendations are based on The Ohio State University Purchasing's 2005 Recommended Minimum Computer Configurations PCs/Laptops and OSU OIT IT Service Help Desk's Minimum And Recommended Computer Configurations.
